Angeline Dalmau

Angeline Dalmau

Psychologist

Member of Australian Psychological Society (MAPS)

Entering her 20th year as a psychologist, Angeline appreciates that every individual has a unique story that has helped shape them into becoming the person they are today. Angeline enjoys bringing her curiosity and tenacity to the therapy space to develop a deep working understanding of her clients and their unique stories.

Leaning on a range of therapeutic styles, Angeline works with adults (18+) and has a special interest in adult ADHD, OCD and anxiety. She also has experience working with individuals around challenges in the perinatal period including loss. Angeline is interested in promoting quality human connection through support parenting, relationships and communication skills.

“When you have an empathic curiosity to understand, it is effortless to continually show up and create a space where people come to be understood.”

Angeline likes to incorporate her energy to create a judgement free space with a mix of compassion and humour to help people re-engage with their whole self and embody who they want to be.

When not in session Angeline enjoys her time with her 2 children exploring the Blue Mountains and going on family adventures. She is a swing dancer and has a penchant for vintage fashion and all things yarn and fibre related.

Zoe Cox

Couples Counsellor & Sex Therapist

Clinical Supervisor

Member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA)

Zoe’s deep interest in relationships, love, intimacy and parenting have forged her path as a passionate and dedicated couples and family therapist. Zoe is also a certified clinical supervisor which means she offers mentoring and supervision to therapists and counsellors within the field.

Having worked extensively with couples and families locally, interstate and internationally, Zoe is known for bringing depth, insight and playfulness to sessions. Her clients share their experience as being one filled with deep understanding and relief as Zoe offers simplicity to the complexity of relationships and brings comfortability and lightness to the inherent discomfort of intimacy and sexuality. Drawing from a range of evidence-based practices, Zoe takes on a pluralistic therapeutic approach. This means she combines the teachings, techniques and practices of a range of therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of the individual or couple.

“My holistic approach acknowledges all aspects of you – emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual and environmental so that together, we can explore the interplay of patterns that are preventing you from finding deep happiness and connection within your relationships. Welcoming all diversities, I look forward to supporting you along your healing journey.” Zoe

When Zoe is not with her clients, she loves spending time with her partner, family and friends rock climbing, canyoning, horse riding or surfing. Zoe also loves flying helicopters – a lifelong dream and a brilliant way to stimulate the ‘mechanical’ side of her mind. Zoe equally appreciates the quieter moments and as a WIRES volunteer, she usually has at last 1 baby joey in her care. Practicing yoga and dancing daily – Zoe describes these activities as both her movement meditation and her daily dose of fun.
